ABOUT PRETTYFOLD

A Home-Based Cattery Focused on Health, Temperament and Responsible Breeding

PrettyFold is a TICA-registered cattery located in Staten Island, New York. We raise Scottish Fold, Scottish Straight and British Shorthair kittens in our home, where they receive daily attention and grow up around children as part of the family.

The health of our cats and kittens comes first. Our breeding cats undergo DNA testing for inherited conditions, and bloodlines are screened for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy through echocardiograms.

Before leaving PrettyFold, every kitten is carefully socialized and receives age-appropriate veterinary care. We remain available to our families after adoption and provide guidance throughout the kitten’s life.

Sammy is a very nice addition to our family and everybody loves him! He is very playful and loving. We always want to hug him and give him kisses. He loves playing, he's adventurous, very very noisy he's always got to be in your business lol, he is so sweet, gentle, very smart , goofy, loves being around people. I'm currently sick with the flu and he constantly checks up on me lol , he is very caring. Anyone who's been introduced to Astro tells me he is the sweetest cat they've ever met and there is no other cat like him . Even at the vet they told me he's the best , they also said he was extremely healthy!! He is perfect for my family , I'm also getting another kitten and his personality seems like they will get along as soon as they meet. Thank you so much for letting me be his mommy!

Meeshu is truly my dream cat. He is the prime example and embodiment of a purebred Scottish fold. The most affectionate, loving, purring and fluffiest addition to our family. He loves to kisses and cuddles. We are so grateful. The breeder always was available and open to our questions and even giving advice. We can tell he was raised with love and the utmost care before coming to his forever home. We have two other cats and he has adjusted well with them and they play together. We love him and thank prettyfold for such a wonderful kitten. I’ve already recommended to a few friends.
